Single Crust Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 to 2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Heat water and vegetable oil to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add heated water and oil.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Add remaining flour to form soft dough.
    Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
    Shape or roll dough into 12 inch circle. Grease lightly a 12 inch pizza pan and sprinkle with cornmeal. Place dough on pan, add desired toppings and bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
