Ingredients

2 c. shredded potatoes
6 egg whites
1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Shred potatoes and squeeze excess water out of them.
Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl.
Stir in egg whites.
Then stir in the flour, onions, salt and pepper.
