Rotel Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, boiled
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. bag spaghetti
    1 1/2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Remove chicken from broth, debone and cut in pieces when cooled.
    In broth, boil onion, bell pepper and spaghetti.
    When done, drain a small amount of liquid (should be soupy).
    Add Velveeta cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Add chicken.
    Mix well. Pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. Make ahead and refrigerate.
    Can be frozen.
