Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. apricot jam, strained
    2 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
    4 c. Dixie crystal 10x confectioners sugar
    6 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Cream butter until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar and rind.
    Cream thoroughly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients and add gradually to butter mixture.
    Add orange juice and combine thoroughly.
    Turn into buttered and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
