Sesame Seed Barbecue Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 to 6 3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. softened margarine
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, dry milk, sugar, salt, dry yeast and margarine.
    Gradually add tap water and beat 2 minutes.
    Add 3/4 cup of flour and beat 2 minutes more.
    Add enough additional flour for stiff dough.
    Knead.
    Place in bowl in warm place for 45 minutes.
    Punch down and let rise for 20 more minutes.
