Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked squash, drained and cooled
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 small jar pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
2 large grated carrots
1 pkg. Blue Label Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Add sour cream, pimento, cream of chicken soup, onion and carrots to squash.
Mix stuffing mix, oleo and poultry seasoning. Put all but 1 cup in Pyrex dish.
Spread squash mixture over the stuffing mix, then add the 1 cup of dry mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
