Chicken With Lime Butter(My Dad'S Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
cooking oil
1 lime, juiced
8 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. chives, minced
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in large frying pan, add chicken and saute, both sides until light brown.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
In same pan add lime juice and cook over low heat until it bubbles, add butter, stirring, until sauce becomes opaque and forms a thick sauce.
Stir in chives and dill weed.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Serve with rice if desired.
