Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat (beef brisket)
    ginger
    salt
    pepper
    1 bag carrots, cut up
    1 onion
    1 can tomato paste
    garlic
    1 large can tomatoes and juice
    1/2 box prunes (pitted)
    Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. red wine
    ketchup
    lemon juice
    new potato
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown meat on both sides in oil after rubbing with ginger, salt and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover; cook for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve next day; it's better and thicker.
