Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken pieces
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Melt butter in shallow roasting pan.
Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, poultry seasoning and oregano.
Coat chicken with flour mixture in plastic or paper bag.
Place chicken, skin-side down, in pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; sprinkle with parsley.
Bake 20 or 30 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked.
