Blueberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. drained, unsweetened canned blueberries (save juice)
    1/2 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. blueberry juice (from blueberries)
    1 envelope strawberry flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Bring blueberry juice and water to a boil.
    Dissolve gelatin in liquid.
    When gelatin is completely dissolved, add blueberries, lemon juice and sweetener.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into mold; chill until set.
    Yield: 3 servings.
    Calories 32.
    One serving (1/2 cup) = 1/2 fruit exchange.
