Zippy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped olives
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. drained sweet pickle relish
4 large cooked potatoes, cooled, peeled and cubed
1 c. diced celery
chopped parsley
Preparation

To make dressing, put mayonnaise in a small bowl and alternate.
Whisk in small amount of vinegar and oil until blended.
Stir in seasoned salt, mustard, olives, onions and relish.
Fold dressing into potatoes and celery.
Turn into a serving bowl, cover and chill.
Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
