Biscuits(Baking Powder) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 7 Tbsp. shortening (1/2 c. X special)
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients; add milk.\tKnead 6 to 7 times.
    Roll on lightly
    floured
    cloth,
    1/2 to 3/4-inch thick for high and fluffy biscuits and 1/4-inch thick for thin and crusty.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
