Cheesy Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in a 9-inch round or square glass pan (lightly buttered) at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar, Longhorn, Muenster or Jack cheese (or combination of cheeses).
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
