Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Chop apples fine.
Set aside.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Cream until creamy.
Add flour, apples, pecans and vanilla.
Beat well. Cook in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
