Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. ground chuck
 
1/3 c. taco sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 c. crushed corn chips
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1/2 c. grated cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients.
 
Shape in loaf.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 3 1/2 to 5 hours.
