"Frosted" Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free jello (large)
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    4 c. Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. finely grated cheese
Preparation
    Prepare jello according to package directions.
    When jello is semi-set, squeeze and drain pineapple.
    Reserve juice.
    Mix pineapple in jello and put in refrigerator to set.
    Melt margarine over medium heat in saute pan.
    Whisk in flour until crumbly mixture.
    Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice; whisk into a \"gravy.\"
    When this reaches a gravy consistency, let cool completely, then fold in Cool Whip and \"frost\" jello.
    Sprinkle cheese over top of jello and serve.
