Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-size potatoes
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil diced potatoes, drain water off potatoes.
    In pan, melt butter; add flour, salt and stir.
    Add 3 cups milk; heat. Add diced
    potatoes.
    Season.
    Soup is better if potatoes are slightly mashed after being added to milk.
