Fancy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed well, not peeled
    3 medium onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Slice potatoes with skins on about 1/4-inch thick.
    Slice onions into rings.
    Combine butter, soup and sour cream on low heat until butter has melted and sauce is creamy.
    Layer potatoes and onions in greased 3-quart oblong Pyrex dish.
    Salt and pepper each layer.
    Pour cream sauce over all.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until potatoes are bubbly.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
