Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix or beat sugar, shortening and eggs together.
    Mix dry ingredients with this.
    Roll in small balls and roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about ten minutes.
