Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild long-grain rice
    8 oz. jar mushrooms
    1 pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage, beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Cook rice.
    Mix and add to meat mixture.
    Add all ingredients, except for almonds. Mix well and add to 2-quart casserole.
    Put almonds on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 325\u00b0
