Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
5 o. jar pasteurized process Old English cheese spread
3 oz. Blue cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes (may use fresh)
Preparation

In small bowl, beat together cream cheese, cheese spread, Blue cheese and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Stir in nuts and parsley.
Refrigerate until firm enough to shape into ball, about 30 minutes.
Shape and decorate with nut halves and parsley.
Wrap in plastic wrap; chill until serving time.
