Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. oregano
3 cloves garlic, crushed
pepper to taste
4 c. hot chicken broth
3 lb. cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
Preparation

In a Dutch oven, combine the first 6 ingredients.
Add sliced beef.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
Serve on French rolls with sweet or hot peppers.
