Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    8 oz. Kraft caramels, melted
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and divide mixture in half.
    Pat half of mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0, then remove from oven and spread with melted caramels that have been mixed with evaporated milk.
    Then sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts.
    Top with other half of cake mixture and bake 18 minutes.
