Cheese Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 can LeSueur peas
Preparation

In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and gradually stir in flour.
Slowly stir in milk until thickened.
Add grated cheese.
Drain peas and add to cheese sauce.
Continue to simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
