Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, drained squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rub a 2-quart baking dish with margarine.
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.
    Top with buttery crackers, crumbled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 10.
