Banana Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp. coconut
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. walnuts or pecans
2 ripe bananas, cut
Preparation

In medium bowl combine yogurt, coconut and cinnamon; mix well. Add celery, raisins and nuts.
Mix until well blended.
Gently stir bananas into yogurt mixture.
Chill several hours.
