Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sour milk
    3 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 lb. dates, cut coarse
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. or more hot water
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    While cake is baking cook last 4 ingredients together. When cake is done, spread over top while both are hot.
    Serve with whipped cream.
