Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all these ingredients.
Mix well and pour into prepared crust and bake according to directions.
Cool on a rack and transfer to serving dish.
