Sausage Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 stalk celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. regular or Italian sausage
Preparation
    Boil potatoes,\tonion
    and
    celery until tender.
    Drain and reserve
    1\tcup
    liquid.
    Coarsely mash vegetables.
    Brown sausage and
    add
    to
    potato mixture and reserved liquid.
    Add soup.
    If too
    thick, add milk.
    Makes an excellent supper for on the road. Serve with Italian bread and fresh fruit.
