Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    2 drops hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
    2 heads romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    Whisk the first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.\tCombine lettuce, as many croutons
    as
    desired,
    cheese and a generous amount of pepper in a
    large
    bowl.
    Add
    dressing.
    Toss well and serve.
