Party Surprise Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. enriched, all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. tub margarine
    1 1/2 c. hot water (120~ to 130~)
    egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. dry oatmeal
    12 dried apricot halves
    12 pitted prunes
    16 walnut halves
    1/3 c. tub margarine, melted
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, yeast,
    sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add margarine and water and mix well with electric mixer.
    Add egg substitute and 1 cup flour, beating 1 minute on high speed.
    Stir in oatmeal and enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cover with towel and let rest 20 minutes.
