Bubble Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
nuts, raisins and coconut (optional)
Preparation

Thaw dough.
Melt butter.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Pinch off pieces the size of walnuts from one loaf.
Roll in butter, then in the sugar mixture.
Place in greased 10-inch tube pan.
One loaf makes 2 rows around the pan.
Sprinkle this layer with nuts, raisins or coconut, if desired.
Do the same with second loaf. Pour any remaining butter and sugar on top.
Cover and let rise until double in size.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
(Place a cookie sheet under 2 piece tube pan.)
Remove from pan immediately.
