Cauliflower-Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 avocados, sliced
    3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Slice avocados in a small bowl with lemon juice to prevent discoloring.
    Wash and trim cauliflower, broccoli and tomatoes. Mix all vegetables.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
