Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 pkg. crackers, crumbled and put in bottom of dish
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
French bread
Preparation
-
Mix margarine, soup, broth and sour cream together over low heat.
Place chicken on top of crackers in casserole dish and pour over mixture.
Cut French bread and place on top; brown.
