Double Chocolate Shortcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    any flavor ice cream
    sliced fruit
    chocolate fudge topping
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix baking mix, sugar, milk, cocoa and margarine until dough forms.
    Turn onto cloth-covered surface well dusted with baking mix; gently smooth dough into a ball.
    Knead 8 to 10 times.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with 3-inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until done, 10 to 12 minutes.
