Camp Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

smoked sausage
3 or 4 potatoes
1 or 2 bell peppers (optional)
1 onion
cheese
Preparation
-
Cut sausage into slices.
Cut up potatoes and boil until almost done.
Slice onion and bell pepper.
Place equal amounts of sausage, potato, onion and bell pepper in individual packages of foil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Just before serving, grate cheese over sausage.
Can be served in foil.
