Raisin Sauce(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. raisins
2/3 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Put raisins in cold water; slowly bring to a boil.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Melt butter; add dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add raisins and liquid.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add lemon juice.
