Sticky Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix together milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Heat to 125\u00b0. Beat in egg.
    Mix yeast with about 2 cups of flour.
    Add to milk mixture and beat well.
    Add rest of flour.
    Knead dough until elastic.
    Let rise until dough is double.
    Roll out and make into cinnamon rolls.
    Place rolls in pan on top of the butter and brown sugar mixture.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let rolls rise. Bake about 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Immediately invert when taken out of oven.
