Hot Sausage Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 medium size jar salsa
1 lb. ground bulk hot sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain.
Add onion and pepper; cook to soften; add salsa.
Heat through; remove from heat.
Cut up cream cheese; add to mixture.
Stir until blended through.
Pour into baking dish and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts. Serve hot with Triscuit crackers.
