Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust
Preparation

Soften margarine and add sugar; beat until well blended.
Add eggs and beat well, then add water and corn meal and mix well. Pour into crust and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until firm in center.
