Katharine'S Fresh Fruit Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 pie crust, baked according to pkg. directions
    1 c. each raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or kiwi
    3 Tbsp. red currant jelly
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix until thoroughly blended.
    Whip the cream with an electric mixer and fold into cream cheese mixture.
    Spoon filling into crust and spread out evenly.
    Heat jelly until melted.
    Glaze the top with it using a pastry brush. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
