Oh And Ah Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (1 oz.) sq. baking chocolate
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. red food coloring
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cake flour, sifted before measuring
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Melt chocolate in hot water with red food coloring and soda. Stir and set aside.
Cream together just until fluffy, sugar, shortening, eggs and salt.
Add alternately, by thirds, the flour and sour cream.
Add chocolate mixture and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
