Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground steak, browned (you can use 1 lb. lean tender beef sliced thin instead of ground beef if you desire)
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine cooked meat and mushroom soup in a saucepan.
    Heat; do not boil.
    Add sour cream and toss lightly.
    Serve over cooked noodles or brown rice.
    Serves 2 to 4 people.
