Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 can tomatoes, drained and mashed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
Press into skillet.
Layer with tomatoes and cheese.
Cook over medium heat (or campfire) until cooked through.
