Pepper Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cabbage
    1 c. pepper (green or red)
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Grate cabbage and pepper.
    Add celery seed, salt, sugar and vinegar.
    Mix thoroughly; refrigerate.
    Tastes best when made the day or several hours before serving.
