Strawberry Foam Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. strawberry ice cream
    2 liters ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    Mix together in punch bowl sugar, pineapple juice and lemonade.
    Add ice cream (solid).
    Pour ginger ale over ice cream. Stir lightly.
    Serve at once.
