Creamy Rice And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water until done. Drain water if there is much left.
    Add 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla & pineapple to rice. Let cool. Combine cream cheese, remaining cup of sugar & remaining teaspoon of vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Add to cold rice mixture.
