Bouillabaisse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. whitefish fillet, cut in 2-inch pieces
12 oz. frozen shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1 pt. oysters
Preparation
-
Place first nine ingredients in large pot; bring to boil and add remaining ingredients.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Other shellfish like crab and clams may be added, if desired.
