Corn Meal Foldovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large egg, beaten
    3/4 c. sour cream
    melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add egg and sour cream; mix lightly.
    Turn onto floured board; knead gently just to smooth out dough.
    Roll to about 1/4-inch.
    Cut into 2-inch rounds.
    Brush tops with melted butter.
    With knife,
    make crease across center and fold over, butter side in.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
