Chicken Casserole(From Maureen Lyons) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole boiled chicken or 5 or 6 chicken breasts, deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
1 stick butter
Preparation
-
Melt butter and pour over stuffing mix.
Line bottom of casserole with half of the buttered stuffing mix.
Place half of the chicken on top of stuffing mix.
